Application Process:

Competitive first year pricing  that includes Electricity, Water , Wastewater disposal, Trash and Recycling,  Restroom Access, Real Time Security Feed, Gated community, busy prime area of a busy open air shopping center, and many more. 

          Note: Higher tier pricing near the front entry. 

          Note: Carts longer than 18 feet must be in position #12 to #17

Depending on availability, we may have a waiting list base on your cuisine. It’s best to get in touch with us through the vendor application form for the most up-to-date information.

It is a standard one year (12 months) lease. Open discussion for a trial period outside of food cart season.

Yes and included in the rental pricing.

Over 100 free parking spaces right next to the pod 

Generally 10am to 8pm the pod will be open (later on Fridays and Saturdays) unless otherwise specified. You, as a small business owner, have the freedom to set your consistent hours within the pod open hours. 

we are located at a busy open air shopping center with approximately 20,000 cars passing by, high walk and bike score, easy public transportation access to tri-met within half a block. We are in the same complex with three grocery stores, family friendly business and community center, within 2 to 3 mins walk to many apartment complexes and activity field located down on SE 174th.

We have beautiful landscaping and grass area for outdoor covered-seating with sturdy picnic tables for our patrons and COVERED seating.

Vendor Expectations:

We look for vendors who offer high-quality, diverse, and unique menu items. We will work with you and your menu. You must also meet all necessary permits and health regulations.

Yes, vendors are typically required to carry liability insurance to ensure the safety of both vendors and customers.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is currently not available as a food cart owner.

YES! Please make sure your offering are unique to other food cart owners. 

Premier propane will be the hookup needed.

We envision this to be an active space for the community and will include any interested food cart vendors.
